One of my fabulous Christmas gifts was a packet of Ghoom Darjeeling loose leaf tea from alltea.com. I am just now getting a chance to sample it properly with my Bodum Pavina double walled glass. I followed the instructions closely and let it steep for 4 minutes in my very reasonably priced tea filters from Ann Arbor's new Tea Haus.
As I hope you can tell, the tea has a lovely amber color and a bit of a froth on top. The flavor is very delicate and unobtrusive.
It is just the perfect tea for Hot Tea Month.
Note: I also received the lamp light oil lamp with an abundance of lamp light oil for Christmas.
